O φίλος του blog, Howard Ostrom τα τελευταία 30 χρόνια ενημερώνει τη συλλογή του που αφορά
στους Sherlock Holmes και Dr. John Watson.
Όποιος μπορεί να
βρει κάποια στοιχεία για (Ελληνικές) θεατρικές παραστάσεις, ταινίες κλπ
σχετικές με τους παραπάνω 'ήρωες' και ποιοί Έλληνες ηθοποιοί έπαιξαν τους
ρόλους αυτούς ας μας στείλει mail για να συνεισφέρουμε στην συλλογή του, όπως ο
ίδιος μας ζητάει.
For over 30 Years Howard Ostrom has been
determinedly creating an unrivaled collection in his home in Ormond Beach,
Florida of a gallery of autographed photos of all those actors who have played
The Great Detective and Doctor in some form or another. From well known
ones such as Hollywood block busters Downey and Law, The Holmes to end all
Holmes televisions Jeremy Brett, war time cinematic legends Bruce and Basil, to
such rarity’s as William Gillette one of the earliest actors to take the role
who went on to perform as Holmes on stage over 1300 times.
